Saw this one on a Saturday morning. The courtyard side really is silent — we sat in the back bedroom with the window open and heard nothing. Afternoon light is as advertised, and the plasterwork restoration is genuinely good, not a plastic reproduction.

Beautiful apartment, but be honest with yourself about the stairs — the lift is small and stops half a flight below the door. Everything else is exactly as the file says, which is more than I can write about the last four places I saw.
