  • Argue another agency's price down We only negotiate on files we hold, where we know what the comparables actually signed for.
  • Publish a file without the papers No exceptions, no matter how good the property or how urgent the sale.
  • Sell or share your details Not with lenders, not with developers, not with anyone. Ever.

Everything else gets a reply, including the ones we cannot help with.
