Nothing extra is charged. You have paid for the shelf, not the outcome — there is no success fee to fall due, and the survey and photographs remain yours whether the house sells or not.
At any time, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the difference for the remaining days; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
They stay live until the end of the paid period, then the oldest are archived first until you are within the limit. You choose which to keep — we write to you a week before.
Within fourteen days of a first payment, in full, no questions. After that a yearly plan is refunded pro rata for whole unused months if you close the account.
All figures on this page exclude VAT. It is added at checkout at the rate of your country; businesses with a valid EU VAT number are billed under reverse charge.
One listing, permanently, with the same survey, photography and legal read as every other plan. No card is taken and no trial clock runs down.
Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month; yearly plans once, on the day you start. Invoices arrive by email and sit in your account with VAT stated separately.
Never inside a paid period. If a plan’s price changes, your rate holds until the next renewal and we write to you sixty days beforehand.
