HOW YOUR LISTINGS BEHAVE

Rules that apply to all forty-two.

Refuse to publish a listing without a defect list Your own promise, enforced by us. Leave it on and nobody on your team can shortcut it.

Tell watchers when a price drops 19 buyers are watching your cars. A drop reaches them in minutes — and cannot be undone.

Take a car off the floor when a deposit is paid Stops two people paying for the same car. It also means finance delays cost you nine days of exposure.

Let buyers send a price offer Off. You price honestly and negotiate at the showroom — keep it off unless that changes.

Send a first reply automatically outside opening hours It says when you will answer and nothing more. Never a fake answer to a real question.

Accept trade enquiries from other dealers Different tone, different price. They arrive marked TRADE in your queue.

Every one of these is visible in its effect on buyers, so we log changes to them the same way we log a price change.

Every setting says what it does

If a switch changes what a buyer sees or when they hear from you, that consequence is written next to it. No setting on this page needs a help article.
