How quickly do you reply?
Every message reaches the Munich desk. We answer within one business day — usually the same afternoon if you write before 15:00 CET.
Can I see a car before committing?
Yes. Book a viewing at any of the seven showrooms and we will hold the car for 48 hours, no deposit required.
Do you deliver outside Germany?
We deliver across Europe from all seven locations. Delivery is arranged once the paperwork clears, typically within four working days.
Is the trade-in valuation binding?
The online figure is an estimate. After a physical inspection we confirm a firm number, and that one is binding for 14 days.
