Returns and fitting
What you can still change
- Thirty days to change your mind Any part goes back within thirty days of delivery, fitted or not, and we pay the return leg.
- Wrong fitment is on us If a part does not fit the car you told us about, the refund is full and immediate.
- Fitting can be added later Bought a part and decided you would rather we fitted it? Book it against the order, not as a new job.
- Invoices stay available Every invoice is downloadable indefinitely, including refunded orders.
Returns and fitting are handled by the workshop that supplied the part, so there is one person to talk to rather than a queue.
