Listening is free and always will be. Taping a night for yourself is fine. Passing our hours off as yours, or selling them, is not — and everything in between is one mail away from a yes.

- Ask first Reuse & embed Whole shows, embeds at scale, a set in your own mix — write to us and the answer is usually yes.
- Never Resell & rebroadcast Putting our hours behind a paywall, on another transmitter, or under your own name.

- ✓Listen anywhere, on any device, without an account or a payment.
- ✓Tape a night for yourself and keep the file as long as you like.
- ✓Link to the station, a show page, or a single archive entry.
- ✓Embed one archive player on your own page or blog post.
- ✓Quote a line from the journal with a credit and a link back.
05Things you may not
- ✕Rebroadcast the stream — over the air, in a venue, or through another service.
- ✕Sell a recording of a show, or put one behind someone else’s paywall.
- ✕Pass a set off as your own, or strip the host’s intro out of it.
- ✕Use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something.
- ✕Scrape the site or the archive at a rate that costs us bandwidth we pay for.

Who owns what you hear
Three layers · none of them us alone- 01 The musicEvery record belongs to whoever made and released it. We hold a broadcast licence for the hours we are on air; it covers our transmission and nothing beyond it. Labels & publishersLicensed per hour

01Donations
14Days to change your mind
A monthly gift stops the moment you cancel. A one-off gift is a gift — but write within fourteen days and we send it back, no questions. Cancel in the letter or by mail -
02Studio hire
48Hours to cancel free
The room goes out by the half-day. Cancel later than two days before and we keep half, because the slot stays empty. Invoiced, never taken by card on site -
03Partners
1Credit per hour, in plain words
We take support from people and institutions, named once an hour. No ad reads, no branded shows, no sponsor picking the music. Every partner listed on the about page
